If you already hold a policy with Reliance General Insurance, we can pre-authorize your treatment, including Consultation, even before you arrive at the clinic.
If you are a retail policy holder, we will require the following details:
- Insured name
- Policy number
If you are a corporate policy holder, we will require the following details:
- Insured name
- Policy number
- Employee ID
You can send us the above details ( please include picture proofs of your ID, Policy and Employee ID) to pre-authorize your consultation to [email protected]
Remaining treatments (determined after consultation) can also be pre-authorized, so that you can avail complete benefit of cashless insurance.
